Kimberly Kautz
DIRECTOR
Kimberly has been part of the Reading Montessori School family since 2010, starting as a Lead Teacher and eventually becoming our Director. She brings a rare combination of warmth, leadership, and deep Montessori expertise to everything she does. While she now focuses on the overall direction of the school, she still teaches a weekly Kindergarten class and often supports our Toddler classroom—because staying connected to the children is at the heart of her work.
Kimberly holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in education, along with an Early Childhood Montessori certification from the American Montessori Society. She’s also EEC-certified to teach both Toddlers and Preschool/Kindergarten-age children.
What sets Kimberly apart is her commitment not only to nurturing each child’s growth, but also to supporting an exceptional team of educators. Her passion for peace education and child-centered learning helps make RMS a truly special place for young children to grow and thrive.
